These terms apply to Bank Reference Pro, sold by [legal entity name, address and company number pending] ("we"). The free plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later.
What you get
A Pro licence gives one WordPress site the Pro add-on, its updates and email support for one year. The add-on itself is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later.
Price and renewal
Pro costs €39 per site per year, plus VAT where it applies. The licence renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your licence then stays active until the end of the paid year.
Refunds
If Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase or renewal for a full refund.
A calculation aid, not advice
Bank Reference creates and checks payment references according to published standards (Febelfin, Finance Finland, Bankgirot, Mastercard Payment Services/Nets, ISO 11649). It is a calculation aid, not financial or legal advice. Your bank's own rules and your agreement with it take precedence. Check the payments you receive before you ship goods; you decide which orders are marked as paid.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Law
These terms are governed by [governing law pending]. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country still apply.
