How it works
Install
Activate the plugin and choose your format. The default follows your store country.
Order
Each bank-transfer order gets its own reference, created at checkout and never changed.
Show
The reference appears on the thank-you page, in order emails, on the admin order screen and on PDF invoices.
Pro: payments marked as paid for you
- Upload your bank statement (CAMT.053/CAMT.054 XML or CSV) and see each payment matched to its order by reference and amount.
- Underpaid, overpaid and duplicate payments are flagged before anything changes.
- Mark all matched orders as paid in one click.
- Scan-to-pay EPC QR code on the thank-you page and in emails (Belgium, Finland, RF).

Questions
Do I need an agreement with my bank?
Not for Belgian, Finnish or RF references. Norwegian KID, Swedish Bankgiro OCR and Danish FIK only work with the matching agreement at your bank; use the settings it gave you.
Which orders get a reference?
Orders paid with the payment methods you select, by default WooCommerce's Direct bank transfer. Two orders never share a reference.
Does the plugin send data anywhere?
No. The free plugin works entirely inside your WordPress site.
Does it work with HPOS and block checkout?
Yes. It is tested with WooCommerce's high-performance order storage, the classic storage, and the block checkout with a block theme.
