The free plugin

The free plugin runs entirely inside your WordPress site. It does not send any data to us or to third parties, and it sets no cookies. The payment references it creates are stored with your orders in your own database.

The Pro add-on

Bank statements you upload are processed inside your WordPress site and are never sent to us. A CSV file is kept as temporary data in your own database for 30 minutes so you can adjust the column mapping; WordPress then removes it in its daily cleanup of expired data. To check your licence, the add-on sends us your licence key and your site address; we keep these for as long as the licence is active, plus 12 months.

Buying Pro

When you buy Pro we receive your name, email address, company details and billing country from our payment provider, and use them to issue your licence, send receipts and meet accounting obligations. Card details go only to the payment provider. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires.

Support

If you email us, we keep the conversation for up to 24 months to help you and to improve the product.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Our host may keep standard server logs (IP address, time, page) for up to 30 days for security.

Your rights
